Restaurant Foh San, Dim Sum - Ipoh (Business Trip 1)

On the way to Pengkalan Hulu, Perak for business purpose, at the half way, we stopped at Ipoh to crawl for the popular Ipoh Dim Sum.

We reached at this restaurant called Foh San, feel familiar with it, when i saw the banner of the shop and also the structure inside,

Keeping recall, i found that i visited this restaurant before, when i was young.

Not mean i am old but it was really long time i did not revisit the shop.

Feel happy to visit here again because it let me to recall back some interesting scenes when i was young.

Time passing so fast, i am growing from thin become fat and from the one who only know how to eat, now become the one who not only know to eat but also know to write and also capture the picture to share with others, totally becomes what people said "flogger".

They never change or renovate their banner since last time, you can see the banner looks old and homeliness but it giving me the warmness and also affability feeling.

Simple decoration and also old design, no air cons but it still can let the customer feel cozy and peaceful when having dim sum here.

I like this kind of environment when enjoying the dim sum because it let me feel like i am out of city pressure, i can speak as loud as i want and also laugh as greater as i can at here.

When i saw this scene, you know! that was a fast queries come to my mind, "Ipoh people no need work ah? already 9.30am, the restaurant still full of customer and the new customer keep on coming". FYI, It was Thursday.

I answered the queries myself, is it all the customer also boss so no need to go to office so early or else they are very relax and not rush to open or go to the shop.

Feel great right!!! If we can same like them 9.30am still man man tan cha and sik kor pao (drink the tea, and eat the 'Bao') only go to work.

Did not wait longer, we fast fast ordered 3 basket of dim sum, Siu Mai, Ha Kao and also Fish Ball to soothe our tummy that roaring long time.

Not remembered what this called but the ingredient inside major was prawn, very fresh,

First bite of it, feel the prawn very bouncy and juicy. I love this one.

Wu Kok (Fried Yam), crunchy and also the yam would not too sweet. Normally, when i visit Dim Sum restaurant i will order this because i love yam very much.

Dumpling, it would not oily and very tender



Yong Tau Fu - Brinjal, Tau Fu and also Chili

Lou Mai Fan aka Sticky Rice with a lot of sliced item like mushroom, chicken, carrot and etc..

See! see! The Stuffs are abundance and it was generous given.

After finished our breakfast at Ipoh, we continue to our main destination again, Pengkalan Hulu.

We had a memorable breakfast at Ipoh, will revisit again to this restaurant if go to Ipoh again. Furthermore, dim sum here price is cheaper if compare with Kuala Lumpur.

This time some of the dim sum picture forgot to take because too hungry and only concentrated eating, will provide more picture for next visit.
